Abstract Submission
Use the official format before uploading.
Kindly download the official abstract format. Only the mentioned format will be accepted.
Provide the abstract title, presenting author details, affiliation, job title, contact title, and names of all co-authors.
The abstract should be a single paragraph of at least 150 words and not more than 350 words.
Use MS Word docx format and follow the official English or Hindi template as applicable.

Award nominations belong to this conference edition. Presentation awards are judged from oral/poster sessions and do not require separate nomination.

Award Nominations
Recognize Your Excellence at ICMRP-2026
ICMRP-2026 invites researchers, academicians, scientists, professionals and young achievers to nominate themselves for various Conference Awards & Recognition Categories.
Important:
- Award nominations can be submitted only through an approved ICMRP-2026 registration.
- Applicants must complete their conference registration before submitting an award nomination.
- Each nomination will be evaluated according to the eligibility and assessment criteria applicable to the respective award category.
- Best Oral Presentation Award and Best Poster Presentation Award are presentation-based awards and do not require a separate nomination. These awards will be evaluated by the respective judging/evaluation committees during the conference sessions.
Note:
Award nomination is available only for participants with an approved ICMRP-2026 registration.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
- Contributed presentations are 15 minutes and invited speaker presentations are 30 minutes, including Q&A.
- A presentation must start and finish within the scheduled program time.
- All talks include setup time for laptops or flash drives.
Poster Presentation
- The presenter must be an author of the poster and a registered attendee.
- Each poster will be assigned a board labelled with the abstract number.
- Maximum poster size is 3 ft x 2 ft, vertical format.
- Use large title and author text so the poster can be read from a distance.
- Presenting authors must remove posters after the session; uncollected posters may be discarded.
